RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, free from visible wear, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your pedal is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately via our Contact page so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Warranty Repairs (5 Years)
All Pedal Pawn products include a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour against manufacturing defects.
If a fault develops within this period, we will repair the item at no cost. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our repair facility. Before returning any faulty item, please contact us for authorisation. We may be able to troubleshoot remotely.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, accidental damage, modifications or unauthorised repair attempts.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• custom or personalised products
• items sold as “sale” or “clearance”

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process funds.
If an international shipment is returned because the customer refused to pay import duties, taxes or customs charges, all shipping costs and any return shipping or customs handling fees billed back to us will be deducted from the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received funds, please contact us.
