RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, free from visible wear, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your pedal is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via our Contact page so we can evaluate the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.

Warranty Repairs (5 Years)
All Pedal Pawn products include a 5-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour against manufacturing defects.
If a fault develops within this period, we’ll repair the pedal free of charge, including all labour and replacement parts required. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our repair facility. Return shipping charges will apply and vary depending on the destination country. Full repair instructions and any applicable return shipping charges will be provided once your repair has been authorised.
Before returning any faulty item, please contact us first. In many cases we’re able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue remotely, saving you the time and cost of returning the pedal.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, modifications or unauthorised repair attempts.
Customers remain responsible for returned items until they have been received by Pedal Pawn. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
After the 5-year warranty period, repairs may still be available for a reasonable charge, subject to parts availability.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items sold as “Sale” or “Clearance”
- Trade orders

Exchanges
To exchange an item within the first 30 days, simply return the original item (if eligible for a refund) and place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
If an international shipment is returned because import duties, taxes or customs charges were refused or left unpaid, any outbound shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees or handling charges billed back to us will be deducted from your refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us.
