By placing an order with Pedal Pawn LTD, you agree to this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. Please carefully review any lead times stated on product pages. Lead time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Lead time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout.

 

 

 

Order Processing

 


Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. If lead times are longer for a specific product, the product page will state this clearly and that lead time will take priority. 

Product page lead times always take priority over any automated delivery estimates shown at checkout. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to the specific lead time stated on the product listing.

 

 

 

Shipping Method

 


We primarily use premium express courier services such as DHL for both UK and international shipping. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

 

 

International Shipping & Import Charges

 


We ship worldwide.


Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility as the customer.


Customs processing times can vary. Any delays caused by customs are outside our control.

 

 

 

Liability / Delivery Issues

 


Once the item is marked as delivered by the courier tracking system, Pedal Pawn LTD is no longer responsible for loss, theft or damage beyond that point.


If your package appears delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will always help where possible, however final resolution with the courier may be required.
