ELIGIBILITY: The Pedal Pawn Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all individuals who are at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Eligibility for this competition is restricted to residents of specific countries. The following countries are eligible to enter: United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Chile, Japan, Latvia, Norway, Serbia, South Korea, Switzerland. Entrants must be legal residents of one of these countries and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any entries received from individuals residing outside of these countries will be ineligible and will not be considered for the competition.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants may not enter with multiple YouTube accounts. Any attempt to enter more than once may result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: The prize for the Giveaway is five (5) Marshall Bluesbreaker Guitar Pedal Reissues, each with an approximate retail value of £169. Five winners will be selected at random and each will receive one (1) Marshall Bluesbreaker pedal.
NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZE: The winner will be announced on Sunday 19th March 2023 by 11:59 pm GMT via Instagram Stories. The winner must contact Pedal Pawn LTD by 5:00pm GMT Sunday 26th March 2023 to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner will be required to provide their name and shipping address through either an Instagram direct message (@pedalpawn) or at the official Pedal Pawn website (https://pedalpawn.com/). The winner consents to the Sponsor sharing their full name on social media. The prize includes free shipping to the winner's address, but the winner may be liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may be applicable in their country. Any other data collected from this Giveaway will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the prize to the winner and not stored after the fact.
