Meet the Freaky Fuzz™ Artist Series.

A very special, strictly limited big-box edition of the Freaky Fuzz, with just 15 individually hand-painted enclosures ever made.

Each enclosure has been painted completely by hand by psychedelic artist T. McGuire, meaning no two pedals are exactly alike. Every flower, line, letter and detail has been individually drawn and painted, before the finished artwork is sealed beneath a protective gloss clear coat.

And that’s important: these are intentionally NOT pristine, machine-perfect enclosures.

The whole idea was to create something that feels like it could have come straight out of the late 1960s - as though somebody had taken a fuzz box, painted it by hand before a gig and then spent the next 50+ years treasuring it.

Expect variations in linework, lettering, paint coverage and positioning from pedal to pedal. You may also see small marks, texture, dust or other imperfections beneath or within the hand-applied clear coat. These characteristics are part of the handmade finish and are not considered defects.

If you’re looking for absolutely flawless, computer-aligned graphics and a factory-perfect finish, this probably isn’t the edition for you. Our regular Freaky Fuzz is the better choice.

If, however, you love the idea of owning something genuinely individual - where you can see the human hand that created it - that’s exactly what this super cool run is about.

Every one of the 15 pedals also includes its own Certificate of Authenticity, individually numbered and signed by the artist and Pedal Pawn.
